Does any of this sound familiar?

  • I was signed to a gym, but my attendance and spirit dipped, I got bored and couldn’t see any results
  • I was making poor diet choices at the grocery store, I began adding pounds on and feeling sluggish
  • I don’t like what I see in the bedroom mirror – my clothes don’t fit and I feel ugly in my skin

 

Sadly, these are all common complaints in regular people just like you and me. Poor choices, a “down” attitude and general malaise and tiredness affecting all parts of lives, in the gym, the shops and at home.

Exercise Environment wants to shake that up, by showcasing some great ideas in a different surroundings: you’ll be surprised how much better you can feel, and how better an exercise program goes just by being in the great outdoors.
