http://www.noplasticbags.org.nz/ is a new national campaign for a plastic bag free New Zealand. The core idea is that a large group of individuals each contributing small amounts of time can have a very big impact.
“Anyone can make a difference in just 15 minutes by joining us at http://noplasticbags.ning.com/ and sharing their ideas. With the twin threats of climate change and peak oil there is a lot of change coming and we believe we can help increase the capacity of our society to meet it by tackling the achievable goals now. See more of our reasoning at my blog post http://www.joshuavial.com/steps-to-increase-our-capacity-for-change.” - From Joshua Vial.
